What we collect, and why.

What we collect.

When you send a quote request we receive what you type and attach: your name, company, role, email, phone if you give it, the project details and any files. When you use the configurator and send it to a quote, the configuration and its drawing come with it. We do not sell any of it.

What we do with it.

We use it to reply to you, draw and quote your project, and build it if you go ahead. Your brief is stored in our project tracker and emailed to the person who will answer you.

Analytics and advertising.

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and advertising. They set cookies and share usage data with Google and Meta. Nothing loads until you allow it in the consent banner. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline and advertising cookies stay off.

Cookies.

Necessary cookies keep the site working: your consent choice, your quote draft between steps and your accessibility settings. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you allow them.

Your choices.

Change or withdraw consent any time through Your Privacy Choices in the footer. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email tanner@tailorbooth.com. We keep quote requests while the project is active, and remove them sooner if you ask.

Hosting and third parties.

The site is served by Cloudflare. Quote requests are stored in Coda and delivered by email. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.
